It may have been more than four months than her breakup with James (made up) but she was still broken hearted, that was the first time a guy has ever broken up with her, she didn’t see any signs she thought it was going well then he had to end it. It has also been four months since she got a new pair of Barney’s shoes; she had to go to the Grove. She got out of her bed, and slipped on nothing special, it was just her Juicy Couture sweat suit and ballet flat Pumas, the Pumas were a gift she would have never gotten them even on a dare, but they were comfy and easy to slip on and slip off.
She walked her way to the Grove, she may have had her license but she didn’t feel like driving, she pulled her iPhone out of her pocket and started listening to break up songs. She passed a lot of smiling faces and everything, she decided it wouldn’t be a shopping trip without Zailey so she texted her ‘Heeyy Zails wanna come shopping? I’m on my way to the Grove if you wanna meet me in Barneys’ she hit send and walked faster, shopping with Zailey was fun.
She stepped inside the air conditioned Barneys and looked around quickly, she looked at cute tops, skirts, shorts and shoes. She couldn’t decide without one of her best friends, so she just looked until a girl who appeared 25 because of makeup she may have been 18 but Anastasia couldn’t tell, the girl//woman smiled at her “Do you need any help?” she asked in a thick Russian accent.
“No.” Anastasia said in her perfect fluent Russian.
